Mist Eliminators - Depth Bed Filtration

Mist Eliminators are heavy-duty, self-cleaning coalescing filters designed to remove oil and water aerosols from compressed air systems with minimum pressure drop. They are used to eliminate the sub-micron oil particles produced by lubricated compressors which can cause product contamination and equipment fouling. Proven in use, ZEKS Mist Eliminators feature low internal velocities, long dwell times, long element life, and high efficiency. ZEKS Mist Eliminators are a practical, inexpensive way to ensure essentially "oil-free" air when using lubricated compressors.

ZTF Compressed Air Filters are used in air system piping and at the point-of-use to protect compressed air drying equipment and process machinery and enhance performance. Replaceable elements are available to trap solid particulates, coalesce liquids, or remove aerosols. ZTF filters include many user-friendly advantages including: push-fit element connection; durable needle felt outer element layer; low pressure drop; restricted height applicability.

Color Guard™ Depth-Bed Filters

Color Guard™ filters effectively remove contaminants with virtually no pressure drop (1-3 psi normal), and change color to show exactly how the filter is performing and when the cartridge needs changing. The unique "Depth Bed" filtration system consists of a five-stage pre-filtration system built into the housing and a two-stage final filtration system built into the cartridge. Five filter models are available from 150 to 250 maximum pressure (PSIG).
