Condensate Management

ZEKS OSB Oil/Water Separators are effective for reducing the hazardous waste content in compressed air condensate. Separating compressor oil from the condensed water allows for safe and cost-effective condensate disposal in accordance with local regulations.

Pneumatically-powered, ZEKS Savair Drain collects and discharges condensate in compressed air applications. The drain requires no electrical connection and wastes no compressed air in operation.

The EZDB2 drain is engineered specifically for compressed air applications that have highly viscous condensate and pressure as high as 720 psi. This timed electric motorized ball valve is simple to install and set up and can be adjusted to meet numerous roles within a compressed air system.

Enterprize II is an electronically controlled drain that wastes no compressed air during operation. Suitable for use on dryers, filters, aftercoolers or receivers, the Enterprize II is an effective solution for discharging clean or heavily emulsified condensates.
