In response to compressed air system demand, the dryer refrigeration system automatically cycles on and off to cool a thermal storage media. This media is circulated through a media-to-air heat exchanger, designed specifically for compressed air dryers, thereby cooling the compressed air and delivering dry air to the compressed air system. Condensed moisture is efficiently removed from the air stream via an automatic condensate drain.
10-250 SCFM
HSK & HSH Series HeatSink dryers use R-513A refrigerant for a lower GWP (<700). Incorporating ZEKS True-Cycling™ operation, the dryer adapts to the user’s compressed air demands, turning the refrigeration system off during periods of low compressed air usage or reduced ambient temperatures, thereby saving energy. This design is particularly well-suited for applications with fluctuating air requirements, as traditional non-cycling dryers continue to operate, even when compressed air usage has ceased
